Laugavegur Trail

We are kind of Iceland junkies, but taking on the Laugavegur Trail ad hoc was a little to much for me to wrap my head around. So after a deep search on Google I stumbled on "Feast in the Wild" and Einar Sven Westlund. I called and he answered the phone and told me all about it. My skeptical wife, kind of wondering what I was getting her into, was reassured by Einar how it would all go down. Needless to say, we had an absolutely fantastic time for the 6 days on the trail with Einar and 8 others. He has everything taken into account. Logistics, first aid, fabulous meals, and knows his natural, humanistic, and geological history which is what keeps beckoning us back to Iceland. My eyes, ears, mind and stomach were very well taken care of on this journey. Einar makes time with each person of the group every day. One on one. Keeps track of the pace and how your doing. I will probably make this either an annual or semiannual event for us now. Its really spectacular and the food and experience were just wonderful. Thank you Einar
